What is your share of the MICE and special occasions market? Is it changing over time? We can tell you, for FREE!
Just register and submit the required information each month to benchmark your performance against the wider market.
What is the Convention Activity Survey (CAS)?
The CAS is a research programme that monitors and benchmarks the performance of professional conferencing and meeting venues in New Zealand. It focuses primarily on event and delegate activity associated with MICE events (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) and special occasions. Any venue can participate in the CAS and it's FREE - the programme is fully funded by the Ministry of Tourism, CINZ and Convention Bureaux New Zealand.
What do you have to do?
Register - this is free and should take around 3 minutes. Then enter some basic information each month about the MICE events and special occasions you've hosted. Your information will be combined with information from other venues to estimate the size of the market, and your share of that market. Your information will never be disclosed to another venue.
What do you get?
As long as you submit information you get access to monthly market share reports and quarterly market updates. The CAS is the only source of this information. The main benefit is knowing where you stand in your market; the only cost is the time involved in submitting your information each month. Click the "Register Now" button to get started.
